如何恢复 HearTime Pro？
请确认设备登录了购买时使用的 Apple 账户，然后在 HearTime 中打开“设置 → HearTime Pro”，选择恢复购买。恢复购买不会重复收费。
Siri 无法启动或控制计时怎么办？
请先在 HearTime 的计时库中设置默认预设，并确认系统已允许 Siri 使用 HearTime。您也可以在 App 的 Siri 指引中查看可用口令，或为已保存的计时设置个人 Siri 口令。
后台或锁屏时没有播报怎么办？
请确认计时没有被静音、设备媒体音量足够，并检查声音是否输出到了耳机或其他蓝牙设备。系统音频中断、耳机断开或其他 App 接管音频时，播报可能暂时停止；返回 HearTime 后可继续当前计时。
为什么看不到锁屏实时活动？
请在 iPhone 系统设置中允许 HearTime 使用实时活动，并主动开始一次计时。实时活动的显示方式可能因 iPhone 型号和系统版本而异。
内置音色需要联网吗？
不需要。HearTime 的九种内置合成音色在发布前生成并随 App 提供，安装后在设备上离线播放。

Frequently asked questions
How do I restore HearTime Pro?
Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. In HearTime, open Settings → HearTime Pro and choose Restore Purchases. Restoring does not charge you again.
What if Siri cannot start or control a timer?
Set a default preset in the HearTime timer library and make sure Siri is allowed to use HearTime in system settings. You can also review the available phrases in the App's Siri guide or set up a personal Siri phrase for a saved timer.
What if announcements stop in the background or on the Lock Screen?
Make sure the timer is not muted, the media volume is audible, and sound is not being routed to headphones or another Bluetooth device. A system audio interruption, a disconnected headset, or another app taking over audio may temporarily interrupt announcements. Return to HearTime to continue the active timer.
Why is the Lock Screen Live Activity missing?
Allow Live Activities for HearTime in iPhone settings, then actively start a timer. Presentation may vary by iPhone model and iOS version.
Do the built-in voices require an internet connection?
No. HearTime's nine built-in synthetic voices are generated before release, bundled with the App, and played offline on your device.
