如何恢复永久解锁？
请确认设备登录了购买时使用的 Apple 账户，然后在 Foil 中打开“设置 → 永久解锁”，选择“恢复购买”。恢复购买不会重复收费。
达到 50 张活跃卡上限后怎么办？
您仍可复习和编辑现有卡片。可以归档暂时不学习的卡片来释放免费额度，或一次购买“永久解锁”来永久解除活跃卡数量限制。
iCloud 同步不可用或没有更新怎么办？
请确认设备已登录 Apple 账户、iCloud Drive 已开启，并允许 Foil 使用 iCloud。在 Foil 的“设置”页可查看 iCloud 同步状态和说明。Foil 使用您的 iCloud 私有数据库，不运营独立同步服务器；不同设备间的变更有时需要等待系统完成同步。
Foil 支持哪些导入与导出格式？
打开“设置 → 导入、导出与备份”，可导入 CSV、APKG、COLPKG 和 Foil 备份（FFBAK），并可导出 Foil 备份或 CSV。导入前建议保留一份当前数据备份。
AI 导入会把学习资料上传到 AI 服务吗？
不会。Foil 在设备上组装可复制的提示词，您自行选择外部 AI 工具；再把 AI 返回的 CSV 粘贴回 Foil 进行预览和导入。Foil 本身不提供在线 AI 生成服务，也不会自动把学习资料发送给 AI 提供商。
如何备份或恢复数据？
打开“设置 → 导入、导出与备份 → 数据备份”，可查看自动备份并创建、导出或恢复本地备份。恢复会更改当前数据，请在确认备份内容后继续，并妥善保存导出的 FFBAK 文件。

Foil Flashcards Support
Foil is a flashcard and spaced-repetition app for iPhone. It supports card creation and import, SM-2 and FSRS review scheduling, local backups, and sync through your own private iCloud database. No separate account is required. The free version supports up to 50 active cards; Permanent Unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Frequently asked questions
How do I restore Permanent Unlock?
Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. In Foil, open Settings → Permanent Unlock and choose Restore Purchases. Restoring does not charge you again.
What happens when I reach the 50-active-card limit?
You can continue reviewing and editing existing cards. Archive cards you are not currently studying to free up space in the free allowance, or make the one-time Permanent Unlock purchase to remove the active-card limit permanently.
What if iCloud sync is unavailable or not updating?
Make sure the device is signed in to an Apple Account, iCloud Drive is enabled, and Foil is allowed to use iCloud. You can review iCloud status and guidance on Foil's Settings screen. Foil uses your private iCloud database and does not operate an independent sync server; changes between devices may occasionally take time while the system completes synchronization.
Which import and export formats does Foil support?
Open Settings → Import, Export & Backup to import CSV, APKG, COLPKG, or a Foil backup (FFBAK), and to export a Foil backup or CSV. Keeping a current backup before a large import is recommended.
Does AI Import upload my study material to an AI service?
No. Foil assembles a prompt on your device for you to copy into an external AI tool of your choice. You can then paste the returned CSV into Foil to preview and import it. Foil does not provide an online AI-generation service and does not automatically send your study material to an AI provider.
How do I back up or restore my data?
Open Settings → Import, Export & Backup → Data Backup to review automatic backups and create, export, or restore a local backup. Restoring changes your current data, so check the backup before continuing and keep exported FFBAK files somewhere safe.
